Walker's Stem Ginger Shortbread 175g

Walker's Stem Ginger Shortbread is the perfect balance of sugar and spice. Our stem ginger shortbread is made using the same baking technique created by our founder – Joseph Walker – over 100 years ago.

Ingredients: wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (milk) (24%), crystallised stem ginger (17%) (stem ginger, sugar), sugar, ground ginger, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate.
