Vermentino di Gallura Superiore ‘Cucaione’ Piero Mancini 75cl

Straw yellow in color with light greenish highlights, very bright. The nose presents aromatic notes of Mediterranean scrub, rosemary, and bay leaves, floral notes of broom, and fruity notes of yellow peach, in a mineral, almost algae-like, bouquet reminiscent of the sea. The palate is smooth and structured, with a prominent savory character accentuated by the warm sensation, leading to a lingering marine and floral aftertaste. Ideal with appetizers and seafood-based first courses, such as paccheri allo scoglio or a platter of crudités.
