Nduja di Spilinga is a spicy, red, spreadable pork salami from Calabria. It is made with cured pork cheek meat and lard, olive oil, salt and chilli pepper. Due to the high proportion of lard, it makes this salami spreadable.
Spread it straight onto bruschetta, use as a pizza topping, add to pasta sauces, eggs, etc.
Il Cesto makes this product by hand in Calabria using traditional recipes and local produce.
