Dried Kalamata (PDO) olive slices originate from Peloponnese region in sun-kissed Greece.
Kalamata olives are carefully harvested at their peak ripeness. Then by using geothermal energy they are dehydrated and cut to fine, nutrient-rich slices. The above method ensures that the beneficial components of the olives, such as polyphenols, vitamins, minerals are preserved and concentrated.
