Chapel Down Kit's Coty Blanc de Blancs 75cl

From Chapel Down's exquisite Kit's Coty collection, their Blanc de Blancs 2019 vintage is a stunning, award-winning sparkling white wine. Sourced from their 100-acre Kit's Coty vineyard on the Kent Downs, the wine is made from the very best parcels of hand-harvested fruit and the resulting wine is partially aged in barrel before undergoing maturation in bottle for four years before release.

The 2019 vintage is from a cooler year, which is ideally suited for Traditional Method English sparkling wine. There’s ripe apple and buttery pastry on the nose. The palate balances intensity, weight and complexity on the one hand, with finesse, delicacy and purity on the other.
