Our English Breakfast Tea is a robust and satisfying blend of malty Indian Assam, brisk Ceylon and bright Kenyan black teas. A well-beloved national brew steeped in British history, it is full of rich comforting flavours and despite the name can be enjoyed at any time of the day with just a splash of milk.
The design of the souvenir tin is inspired by two Worcester services in the Royal Collection. The delicate laurel branches and oak leaves are based on a breakfast service commissioned by George III in 1805 and the Royal Coat of Arms is taken from a spectacular service commissioned by William IV in 1830, still used today at the annual Garter Day luncheon held in the Waterloo Chamber, Windsor Castle.
