Terms & Conditions

• Redemption
  Gift vouchers can be redeemed at Partridges of Kensington, 17-19 Gloucester Road, London, SW7 4PL or online at www.partridges.co.uk. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed as part of payment with Partridges customer’s accounts.

• Validity Period
  Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

• Non-Transferable & No Cash Value
  Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or full.

• Use Restrictions
  Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers and may not be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum Spend
  If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by another accepted payment method.

• Lost or Stolen Vouchers
  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of vouchers. Treat them like cash.

• Refunds & Returns
  Items purchased with a gift voucher are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds will not be returned to the voucher.

• Fraud Prevention
  We reserve the right to cancel a voucher if we believe it was obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these terms.

• Amendments
  Partridges reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
