Gloucester Road ‘North’ Autumn Street Festival

Gloucester Road ‘North’ Autumn Street Festival

Partridges hosted the Gloucester Road ‘North’ Autumn Street Festival on Sunday 20th September in association with World Car Free Day and the 8th Annual World Chelsea Bun Awards.

From 11am to 5pm, a local community street market was held on Gloucester Road between Kynance Mews and Queen’s Gate Terrace. The street was pedestrianised for the occasion, and local businesses and food market stallholders offered an array of international cuisines, artisanal treats and gifts to the community.

We were delighted to be joined by Alison Wright, Owner of Fitzbillies, at the event, showcasing their traditional Chelsea Buns as The Overall Supreme Champion of the World Chelsea Bun Awards 2025. It was a delicious way to share the story and tradition of the Chelsea Bun.

We were pleased to welcome Christ Church Kensington and React who joined us to raise awareness of their work and connect with the local community.

We would also like to thank The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and the Kensington Gate Residents Association for their support in helping us bring this enjoyable community event to life.

Thank you to the fantastic local businesses, food market traders and community partners, who helped make it a memorable day for the community in Gloucester Road:
