Riso Buono Artemide Rice

This very special rice originates from a crossing between Venere rice (medium grain and black pericarp) and Indica-type rice (long and narrow grain and white pericarp).

It is a brown, aromatic, very darkly coloured rice. It has an intense and pleasant aroma and beautiful elongated shape. Given the close relationship to Venere rice, it is rich in iron and silicon - the latter being very important for its antioxidant properties.

Excellent when cooked with cheese, fish, vegetables or mushrooms.
